DiiGMaa’s Alternative to the Gym

After my gym membership expired (ages ago), I decided I wanted a change of scene (though I love my gym) and since then I spent a while gym shopping.. and yet have not come to a conclusion to where I would like to work out.. But I have become quite creative using the outdoors..
Firstly, shopping was my cardio…
Then I adopted searching for my car in huge parking lots…
Inbetween there was always running after my twin nieces… my latest addiction in the making is DDR (absolutely Fab boys and girls).. Also walking, carrying, fixing or assembling and disassembling gadgets and furniture.
But the winner, I must say, is a combination of:
Moving (to a new home) + fasting + sleeping = best fitness program!!
You got your intense physical training, reduced calorie and food intake and you pass out from exhaustion at the end of the day which gives you a good amount of time for sleep and rest.

What are you talking about reduced calorie! fasting just means I will eat more later! hahahaha! Well thats for me! hehehe!
Bes I know what you mean about running after your nieces.. I am always running after my nephew! :) And loving it!

never works for me.. not even a 2 hours run which i reached now…
ana kharboo6a marboo6a the only thing that worked was cardio first thing in the morning… now i gave up, all i do is be lazy and cardio 9ar mafeney robo3 3athala LOOL .. so sad.
I like the DDR, do you go to an arcade or do you have it on one of those game consoles?

When you said I should go to rehab, I thought, hmm, what’s wrong with Digma? I don’t have any addictions, why do I need to go to rehab.
Then, I figured it out, I need to go to Rehab Complex in Hawalli to buy DDR, so I am going there tonight.
